Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of NedBridge Technologies' platforms, services, and professional engagements. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with NedBridge Technologies or accessing our platforms and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Services Provided
NedBridge Technologies provides software engineering, infrastructure, data systems, and consulting services as described in individual service agreements. The scope, deliverables, and timelines of each engagement are defined in separate written agreements.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all intellectual property created by NedBridge Technologies in the course of an engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal systems remain the property of NedBridge Technologies.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement for a period of three (3) years.
Limitation of Liability
NedBridge Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, beyond the amounts paid by the client in the preceding twelve (12) months.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. NedBridge Technologies reserves the right to suspend access to platforms or services in the event of non-payment or material breach of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or as otherwise agreed in the individual service agreement.
